Fast, Versatile Sheet Metal Functionality

SpaceClaim Engineer includes special sheet metal capabilities for no extra charge. You can quickly convert solids to sheet metal. The Sheet Metal functionality enables automated bend relief, unfold, and ability to work simultaneously in 3D and flat pattern. Sheet metal properties wall thickness, bend radius and K-factor can be assigned. Imported thin-walled models are recognized as sheet metal parts and behave as native SpaceClaim models.

SpaceClaim Engineer has direct integration with the leading engineering analysis products to ease the process of preparing and de-featuring CAD models in SpaceClaim for analysis with these solutions.

Provides a right-to-use license and subscription services for JT Open data exchange for a period of one year. Requires an additional JT Open royalty payment to Siemens PLM Software.

TraceParts Library

Provides a library of over 100 million standard CAD models from leading parts manufacturers.

Free SpaceClaim Plug-In for Rhinoceros

Starting with any stored .3dm document, the SpaceClaim-to-Rhino Plug-in provides a round-trip that directly exports the current window from Rhino to SpaceClaim and imports the window contents of SpaceClaim back to Rhino. Software requirements include: Rhino 4.0 and SpaceClaim 2008 or later. See Help About for instructions on enabling this Plug-in on your system.

SpaceClaim Viewer

Using the free SpaceClaim viewer, you can share a SpaceClaim design with a client, but your client doesn't need to use 3D or have SpaceClaim itself installed on his or her computer.
